1 cup freshly brewed coffee OR
Instant mushroom coffee
1tsp - 1tbsp mct oil
1tsp - 1tbsp grass-fed butter or ghee
Optional organic or dairy free milk
Combine mct oil with butter and melt with a small amount of brewed coffee or hot water.
Add optional milk of choice and blend with an small latte whisk or in a blender.
Top up with remaining brewed coffee or hot water and enjoy.
